Policy draft: iMark combines local and cloud AI. The cloud providers are identified below, but the content sent, sending triggers, storage, retention, and account requirements must still be confirmed before this policy is used for an App Store submission.
Information iMark accesses
iMark works with the notes you record and provides AI assistance to understand, connect, organize, and rediscover that content. The exact content and context used by each AI feature must be documented after the implementation is confirmed.
Local and cloud AI
iMark combines processing on your device with cloud AI, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude. Cloud AI requires information to be sent outside your device for processing. The exact note content, prompts, or context sent, when transmission occurs, and whether requests pass through Loma Studio infrastructure remain to be confirmed.
This policy will also document provider selection, available controls, and any relevant data retention or training terms once the integration details are verified. It does not currently promise that every AI operation remains on your device.
Sharing and third parties
Cloud AI providers include OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and Anthropic (Claude). Their applicable service terms and privacy policies govern their processing. Any additional sync, storage, or diagnostic providers, and the specific API configurations used, must be confirmed to complete this disclosure.
Retention and deletion
Storage locations, retention periods, deletion instructions, and the handling of cloud AI requests, caches, credentials, and any server-side records must be confirmed to complete this policy. This draft does not assume that deleting the app removes copies processed or stored by a cloud service.
